I’m so glad you’re here!
My name is Nina and I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in mental health care. I provide therapy in-person based out of my office in Bellevue, WA or virtual therapy to residents across Washington state.
ABOUT NINA
My journey to becoming a therapist has evolved over a lifetime of personal growth & healing, as well as a decade of experience working with youth, adolescents & young adults. I bring lived experience managing mental health and neurodiversity to my work with clients, allowing for a deeper level of understanding and connection with my clients.
I ground my therapeutic work in my love for child-like joy & wonder, and bring radical acceptance & judgement-free curiosity to introduce clients to the version of themselves they always imagined.
I hold a master’s degree from Seattle University and training in a variety of therapeutic modalities including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based practices.
My approach is relational, compassionate, integrative and evidence-based to bring more moments of fulfillment and joy to my client’s lives.
